EPTE® INERTIAL FUNCTIONAL TRAINING – MOVEMENT THERAPY

OBJECTIVES

– Define the properties of the strength training as a therapeutic tool.
– Introduce the current scientific evidence about the benefits of the eccentric training at the Musculoskeletal level.
– Familiarize with the basics of the inertial training for functional recovery from a neuromuscular perspective.
– Know the possibilities of EPTE® Inertial Concept and its complements at the therapeutic and preventive level.
– Make protocols of functional recoveries related to different values (training sessions, breaks, training volume..)
– Design and set up therapeutic exercises to disorders, muscle imbalance and injuries.
– Set up the right synergies between EPTE® Percutaneous electrolysis and the inertial training with EPTE® Inertial Concept.

Theory

  1. Introduction to inertial training.

  2. Principles of the training related to the functional recovery of injuries.

  3. Features of the strength training with therapeutic purposes.

  4. Kinds of the strength training and its progression (concentric, eccentric, isometric).

  5. Programme of the training loads.

  6. Biomechanical gesture’s design ( work, sport…) and its adaptation to EPTE®  Inertial Concept.
