EPTE® INERTIAL FUNCTIONAL TRAINING – MOVEMENT THERAPY
OBJECTIVES
– Define the properties of the strength training as a therapeutic tool.
– Introduce the current scientific evidence about the benefits of the eccentric training at the Musculoskeletal level.
– Familiarize with the basics of the inertial training for functional recovery from a neuromuscular perspective.
– Know the possibilities of EPTE® Inertial Concept and its complements at the therapeutic and preventive level.
– Make protocols of functional recoveries related to different values (training sessions, breaks, training volume..)
– Design and set up therapeutic exercises to disorders, muscle imbalance and injuries.
– Set up the right synergies between EPTE® Percutaneous electrolysis and the inertial training with EPTE® Inertial Concept.
